Being a team leader with PropNex Realty (M) Sdn Bhd has allowed Florence to manage her working time as she sees fit. She can choose when to work and for how long, which gives her the flexibility to take care of her family when they need her the most.
Though being a mother to young kids is not easy, especially during this pandemic season, with the strong self-will and the support from family and friends, Florence believes all the disadvantages will eventually become advantages.
“As long as they are called women, they will surely shine at the end of the day! Women’s wills are the strongest!”
Florence also believes that both women and men can support each other by being the leverage on each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
“In the end, what we want to achieve is that, when clients are happy, we are happy too!”
