Kho spearheads the marketing for Property Hunter with his over 19 years of experience in the industry which began in Hong Kong working in Blu Inc Media Ltd since 2003 as their Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific. Upon his return to Sabah, Kho founded real estate media company, Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd, publicly known as Property Hunter. The company inaugurated East Malaysia’s largest yearly property exhibition, known as Property Hunter Expo, which generated over RM44 Million in property sales during the first event in 2012.
Following the mammoth success of the Property Hunter exhibitions, Property Hunter launched their monthly magazine publications to further educate and enrich the local property landscape. The magazines were eventually distributed across the state and was later endorsed by the Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA). It won the “Outstanding Promotion of the Sabah Housing Market” awards by the Malaysian Reserve Property Press Awards and was shortlisted as a finalist for two categories under the SPARKS Awards in Singapore, namely “The Best Subscription Strategy” and “The Best Content Team” in 2014.
In 2017, Property Hunter media began its transition from printed editorial into solely interactive digital content. Today, Property Hunter is the leading property portal in East Malaysia where real estate can be bought, rented or sold. The media company also continues to host the largest property exhibitions in the region each year as well as continuing to support developers market their projects and educate homebuyers about the industry so that they may make informed decisions.
As director of Property Hunter, Kho hopes to uplift areas around Sabah with their innovative events, using his substantial background and history in the industry.
TPr. Stanley Chong is currently working as the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government and Housing, His portfolios include overseeing the Planning and Development Division of the ministry, which focuses on the preparation and updating of planning and development policies, rules, and regulations to overcome challenges and boost the administrative performance of local authorities in Sabah. He was also responsible for assisting several ministry divisions, such as Private Housing, Solid Waste Management, Town and Regional Planning, and Landscape Division.
From 2016 to 2019, TPr. Stanley Chong served as the Director of the City Planning Department at Kota Kinabalu City Hall, overseeing four main divisions: Planning & Development, Building Plan, Building Control, and GIS & Land Administration. As the Chief Town Planner for Kota Kinabalu City, he was responsible for overseeing and enhancing the City Planning Department's functions. These included assessing planning permission, building plans, building control, urban planning policies and guidelines, preparing statute plans, and developing a geographical information system for spatial planning. He also served as the Chief Supervising Officer in charge of project implementation, including planning projects, safe city programs, and environmental improvement projects. TPr. Stanley Chong is also involved in national and international collaborations on green and smart city initiatives, which include the Kota Kinabalu Green City Action Plan, under the Asian Development Bank-funded project and the Kota Kinabalu Smart City Action Plan, under the ASEAN Smart City Network Program.
Sr Raja Sundra Lingam @ Sunny Kelvin, is a highly qualified real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He is the Managing Proprietor of Smiths Gore Sabah since 2017. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Reading, UK, and is an International Certified Valuation Specialist, a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (FRISM), among other credentials.
Throughout his career, Sunny has worked with esteemed firms such as C.H. Williams, Talhar & Wong (Tawau) Sdn Bhd, and Smiths Gore Sabah, where he rose from an Assistant Valuer to become a Registered Valuer, Property Manager, and Estate Agent. His range of valuation work includes reports for large plantations, commercial development sites, hotels, and various other commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Sunny has undertaken significant assignments, including valuation of over 100,000 acres of plantation land for Bousted Estate Berhad and large plantations and assets for Sabah Land Development Board, as well as managing prestigious properties such as Wisma Perkasa, Wisma Merdeka, and Warisan Square. He has also been involved in rating valuation exercises for Kota Kinabalu city and consulted on projects like the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park Phase 2.
Dr. Indera Syahrul Mat Radzuan began his academic career as a Lecturer in 2004. He is currently a Senior Lecturer and serves as the Head of the Department of Malaysian Real Estate Institute (MyREI) at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) based in Batu Pahat, Johor. He focuses on social planning, including urban and rural planning, cultural heritage, urban conservation, environmental management, and community-based in real estate. He obtained his Ph.D. in urban planning from the University of Malaya in 2016. During his Ph.D. studies, he conducted pioneering research on incentives programmes in historic villages in Malaysia, Japan and South Korea. During his candidacy, he has been attached as an Exchange Researcher at Waseda University in Japan and the University of Seoul in South Korea from 2012 to 2013. Since 2020, he has been a Board Member of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) Malaysia. He has written several academic articles in reputable journals namely the Journal of Tourism & Cultural Change, Journal of Cultural Heritage Management & Sustainable Development, Journal of Heritage Management and Planning Malaysia.

Sabah Convention Bureau will be a non-profit agency under the purview of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Environment Sabah. Her role in this newly-formed agency includes ensuring potential buyers interested in selecting Sabah as the destination get non-biased and impartial advice and information on the best services, products, and facilities available in the state.
SCB will be responsible for promoting Sabah as a leading MICE destination (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions). In addition to building on strong public- private sector partnerships and bid to host meetings and congresses to be accountable for. Establishing this convention bureau will expedite and focus on the growth of the Business Events industry as one of the significant economic components for the state of Sabah.

Chinn Harn graduated from University of Leeds and has a Master of Law (London). She was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Grays’ Inn) and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak.
Chinn Harn advises clients on a broad range of legal issues, particularly on real estate transactions involving residential, commercial, mixed use and projects intended for Airbnb and tourism related products.
She has handled government projects and regularly provides legal advice on issues relating to local authority and town planning with particular emphasis on land development process. She also renders advices to the state authorities including local authorities, Ministry of Local Government & Housing, statutory bodies and government-linked companies.
Chinn Harn also assisted international environmental organisations in the drafting of environmental regulations for the establishment of a marine park in the north coast of Sabah, and agreements with oil palm plantation owners for the setting up of wildlife corridor in the east coast of Sabah. She has also advised clients on matters relating to timber concession agreement and Forest Enactment 1968 (Sabah No. 2 of 1968).
She chaired the Land Law Revision Subcommittee of the Sabah Law Society (2019-2023) and is the principal drafter of a new legislation governing the management of building in subsidiary titled (more commonly known as strata title) developments under the purview of the State Attorney-General Chambers. She has also contributed to the amendments to the Housing Development (Control & Licensing) Enactment 1978 (Sabah No. 2 of 1978).
