Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

  1. To execute all marketing activities and tasks as assigned.
  2. To actively promote the company and its website.
  3. To Coordinate and organize events & marketing activities.
  4. To maintain a close relationship with business partners, and establish new ones.
  5. To coordinate all advertising & promotion activities.
  6. Produce marketing proposal and post event report.
  7. To execute all exhibition in a professional manner.
  8. Brainstorm, execute and manage marketing and promotional activities to promote company's products.
  9. Event preparation and execution.
  10. Execute media planning and buying.
  11. Organize exhibitions and privates event.


  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalen.
  • Candidate must possess own mean of transportation.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
  • Candidate with previous event organizing experience will be given priority consideration.

Key Account Executive (Sales Position)

  1. Highly self-motivated and target oriented.
  2. Achieve monthly sales target assigned.
  3. Source new customers lead, maintain existing customers.
  4. Formalising sales plan and strategy.
  5. The candidate is required to travel to other parts of Malaysia for a sales trip.
  6. Priority will be given to applicants who have demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in property or media sales.
  7. Must have an excellent command of English.
  8. Candidate will be required to solicit for advertisement sales from corporate clientele (may not be related to property developers or agencies)

    • To work with our editorial department in conducting specific market research.
    • To develop research mechanism and execute data collection.
    • Provide market intelligence data and post research report.
    • To conduct presentation on research findings.
    • Research work may be published in Property Hunter online and/or magazine
    • Work location: Kota Kinabalu
  2. Conference Curator (6 -7 months)
    • To work with our event marketing team on a large scale industry convention in Apr 2018.
    • Be involved with event planning and execution.
    • Develop clear communication and marketing strategy.
    • To work with the event team in execution stage in April 2018.
    • Work location: Kota Kinabalu
