Account & Admin Executive
We are looking for the perfect candidate who :
- Has a Bachelor's Degree or at least a Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years account / admin experience in property development or construction companies.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and has a very very good memory.
- Strong mathematics background.
- Computer literate and able to write in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse well in Mandarin.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Book keeping using SQL system, filing, petty cash management, cashflow management and preparation for annual audit.
- Liaise with company secretary, banks or external organization.
- Manage monthly payroll, EPF/Socso and HR related matters.
- Followup on post-sales administrative work (billings, collection, filing etc)
