Account & Admin Executive

We are looking for the perfect candidate who :

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree or at least a Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years account / admin experience in property development or construction companies.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and has a very very good memory.
  • Strong mathematics background.
  • Computer literate and able to write in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to converse well in Mandarin.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Book keeping using SQL system, filing, petty cash management, cashflow management and preparation for annual audit.
  • Liaise with company secretary, banks or external organization.
  • Manage monthly payroll, EPF/Socso and HR related matters.
  • Followup on post-sales administrative work (billings, collection, filing etc)
  • Sales support and overall administrative work.
