In conjunction with Property Hunter’s 10 years anniversary, we are giving away 1 month Free Rental to 3 lucky winners (subject to terms & conditions of course). Yay! If you are renting a home during the campaign period within Sabah & Sarawak, we will pay for your 1st month rent.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
- Rent a residential property from 1st January 2022 - 31st March 2022
- Fill in the form below and attach your TENANCY AGREEMENT with STAMP DUTY PAID.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE OF THIS CAMPAIGN?
The deadline for submission is 10th April 2022; 6:00pm, and the lucky draw will be drawn on 11th April 2022; 3:00pm.

3 winners will be randomly selected, and each winner will be awarded with a cash amount equivalent to 1 month rental as stated in the tenancy agreement (Capped at maximum of RM1,500 each)

can instantly have 2 entries to the lucky draw. So make sure you get
your landlord or agent to list the property for rent on
PropertyHunter.com.my prior to making your submission.
(Rental properties that are not listed on PropertyHunter.com.my can
still participate in the campaign. Each tenancy agreement is entitled to
1 standard lucky draw entry)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Each person is only entitled to 1 submission.
- Participants must submit through www.propertyhunter.com.my/free-rental/ and will receive a confirmation email in return.
- Everyone is entitled to join the campaign by submitting your TENANCY AGREEMENT with STAMP DUTY CHOP issued by LHDN.
- Tenancy agreement must be made and signed within the campaign period.
- Only residential properties within Sabah & Sarawak state are entitled to participate.
- Only residential properties are eligible to join this campaign. Residential property includes condominium, apartment, landed houses, commercial suites for residential purposes.
- In the event of dispute, the organiser reserves all right and our decision shall be final.
