10% Discount and Free Stamp Duty

HOC is a government initiative that runs from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019 that aims to encourage the public to buy a home during the campaign period by offering free stamp duty on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) as well as loan documents on all new residential properties by developers registered under SHAREDA, REHDA and SHEDA, respectively. Developers will also be offering a minimum 10% discount on properties.

The Projects

If you have been thinking of buying your first home or investing in one, MASPEX Property Roadshow will be the perfect time to shop for the ideal property. The event showcases over 20 projects from Kuching, Sabah as well as Peninsular, with prices starting from as low as RM 370,000.

Their respective projects are M-Avenue, Naim Sapphire, Vantage, Urban Residences and 3 projects from Tecktonic namely the Armadale Residence, Roxy Beach Apartment and Boxhill 76.

The increasing number of residential developments in Kuching is a good opportunity for homebuyers to find a new home to live in or invest in. With the popularity of Airbnb concept in the state, locals could adapt the investment plan for extra income too.

For investors that are interested to invest outside of Sarawak, there are wide selections of projects from other states too. To name a few, Hohup and Remajaya will be exhibiting their projects namely The Crown and Bay Suites situated at the heart of Kota Kinabalu, Harbour City Resort Suites by Hatten in Melaka, Ferringhi Residence 2 by Mah Sing in Penang and Sunway Iskandar by Sunway Properties which is located in Johor.

Projects that are situated around Klang Valley proximity are M Vertica and Southville by Mah Sing, One Cochrane Residences by Boustead and Arte Mont Kiara by Goldmine. Some of these projects have great connectivity to LRT and MRT stations, and at the same time are just a few minutes drive to Kuala Lumpur city centre.

During the days of the event, the public can also collect a copy of Real Estate investment guidebook (worth RM18) for free at Property Hunter booth! The book contains useful real estate investment articles, as well as a series of investment grade properties. Meanwhile, there is also a balloon giveaway for all children who come by to Property Hunter booth.
