Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn. Bhd. hosted a traditional 'Yee Sang' or a 'prosperity toss' ceremony recently at Level 8, Plaza Shell for their employees. Other divisions invited for the event were from Hap Seng Credit, Hap Seng Trading, Hap Seng Plantation and QBM.

The event, which symbolizes abundance, prosperity and vigor for the coming year was held to gather everyone for a short session of sharing on the up-coming Hap Seng Properties Marketing events and activities involving the Residential Projects in Sabah, as well as to encourage and enhance fellowship amongst the staff in conjunction with the Chinese New Year Celebration.

The Yee Sang which featured a traditional local twist was prepared by D'Place Kinabalu Restaurant, one of Plaza Shell's tenants. Employees were treated with savoury snacks, Mandarin oranges and Chinese New Year cookies specially ordered from Bread Market Patisserie, another Tenant of Plaza Shell, after the Yee Sang Ceremony.
