To celebrate Chinese New Year, IJM Land Berhad and FCW Holdings Berhad held an Open House at Riana Dutamas Sales Gallery at No. 368, Jalan Segambut. Riana Dutamas is a joint venture between IJM Land and FCW Holdings, designed to be a comprehensive lifestyle living for the community.

There were various activities at the event to welcome the year of the dog. Guests and visitors could also visit the show units and learn about the freehold units from the first of Riana Dutamas' three phases, named Savio @ Riana Dutamas. One of the highlights at the fun and lively event was the lion dance performance by Award-Winning troupe Kun Seng Keng.
