Property Hunter held their first "Property Hunter Knowledge Series" sharing on 7 November 2017 at PH Property Gallery.
The session, mainly about investing in commercial property, was covered by a prominent property investor in Kota Kinabalu, who shared on how to invest in commercial properties, how to reduce your CCRIS and borrowings and leave more room to invest and lastly, how to raise fund for your business up to 120% - 150% of your property value.
The first two sessions attracted many avid investors, with many requesting to have a 1-on-1 session with our mystery speaker to get more insights, knowhow and advices after the sharing session.
Due to limited seating capacity and encouraging sign ups, the Property Hunter team has opened up an additional slot to conclude the sharing session for the month of November.
