Keeping to its promise to the Ministry of Local Government and Housing to build more than 1,000 units of affordable homes that caters to the lower to middle-income groups in Sabah, Hap Seng Properties will be unveiling their Kingfisher Inanam Entrance Statement for Phase 2. The event will take place on Saturday, June 17, from 10am - 4pm at their Kingfisher Inanam Sales Gallery, Inanam.

The price per unit starts from RM380,000. It is indeed affordable, and for a high-class condo it is hard to get this price nowadays, given the current sluggish property market.

Speaking in the press conference at Plaza Shell on Wednesday, Chartered Surveyor, Sr. Liaw Lam Thye, commented that now would be a good time to pick up good offers on property investments.

"The property market now is quieter compared to that of in 2010 - 2012. But it means that there are now many good offers out there for grabs. Kingfisher Inanam is one of them", he added.

Hap Seng Chief of Operating Officer, John Tan, said: "People are asking if the property prices will go down. Well, the economy is in fact inflating and there is no right time to buy or not to buy. You should buy within your means, when you can".
