PropNex Sabah recently concluded their first-ever Commercial Suites Mini Expo, held at a prominent shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, to great success.

The Expo showcased a variety of commercial properties from both Peninsular Malaysia and within Sabah. These properties ranged from city-centre commercial suites in Kuala Lumpur to sea-fronting shop-offices in Kudat like the Oasis @ Kudat Waterfront project. While they varied in location, price, and features, they all shared the common feature of offering enticing rental yields and the potential for substantial capital gains, as is often the case with commercial properties.

This inaugural Commercial Suites Mini Expo not only marked an important milestone for PropNex Sabah but also for Sabah's real estate sector. As Kota Kinabalu continues to grow, investors from Sabah are becoming increasingly savvy and discerning.
