In 2020, many aspiring real estate negotiators were prevented from starting their dream careers in real estate as classes to attain a certificate were cancelled due to the pandemic.

Faye Robert, a top achiever at Propnex Sabah, was one of them. However, she was fortunate enough to start at the end of the year and that's when her life started changing for the better. Here's her story. 

I’ve been interested in Real Estate since the end of Aug 2020 but due to the pandemic, I couldn’t attend the classes to get my REN license until Dec 2020. After the examination, I was only able to get my REN certificate in January 2021 when I officially started my property journey.

Although I am very new to the real estate industry this career change has impacted my life hugely. I have been fortunate enough to attend many training sessions that have really changed my mindset and pushed me to grow.

I have been challenged in so many ways that I could not have even imagined last year. My network of friends and associates has also grown as I have moved into the real estate business.

MCO is indeed a tough time for everyone. Personally, I have focused on increasing my knowledge and the things that I can do to increase my self-development. When I am well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, I believe I will be able to lead my team better too.

During my short real estate career, I have been very fortunate to have achieved so much more than I thought was possible.

In May 2021, I attained the Gold Achiever level and was awarded the first Top Project Transactor for the month amongst the Propnex team.

In June 2021, I was lucky enough to reach Super Gold Achiever level, first Top Project Transactor, and fourth Top Individual Transactor in the KK Propnex team.

I was lucky enough to maintain Super Gold Achiever level and Top Project Transactor in July 2021.

I love the professionalism and ease in the interaction in dealing with the Property Hunter platform. It gives me exposure to a whole new range of buyers and sellers who previously have been beyond my reach.

This increased potential client list provides me with more opportunities to make sales that I can share with my team. It improves my marketing capacity which is important for me when I’m still new to this industry and looking for effective ways to increase sales.
