Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd has successfully hosted its first public mini fair from 13 to 14 November as the industry reopened after the movement control order restrictions were lifted. The two-day event received an overwhelming response.

The mini fair promoted two well-known residential projects, Ria Height and Bandar Sri Indah.

According to Grace Pang, the Senior Sales Manager from Hap Seng Properties Tawau, the responses for the properties are well received as only 40 out of 493 homes in Ria Height left unsold.

There are a total of 772 units for Phase 5H and 5I homes. Phase 5H consists of 392 units, and only 56 units remain unsold, whereas Phase 5I has its 380 units up for sale recently and more than 100 units have been sold out. In order to speed up the traffic flow for these two phases, the engineering team has made changes by adding a junction between Phases 5H and Phase 5I.

Half of the 130 single-storey semi-detached houses in Phase 5G were sold. Half of the 512 South Ville Apartments units were also sold.

She has mentioned two key points on why now is the best time to buy a home. Firstly, the price of construction materials is rising every day and the price for next year will be different from now. Besides, homebuyers can enjoy the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) incentives offered by the Government until the end of this year. Do note that the Government approves only a limited number of properties under the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC). Thus, if these units are fully sold out before the year-end, the home buyers might miss this golden opportunity.

In addition to the 10% discount from the developer, there are also irresistible offers such as RM30,000 worth of furniture vouchers for Bandar Sri Indah Township 5H and 5I. South Ville Apartments are also giving out a shopping voucher worth 5% of the property price.

Bandar Sri Indah is close to two reserved forests, Membelua Forest Reserve and Babanga Forest Reserve.
