The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (Sheda) Kuching Branch Second Home & Property Roadshow 2018, which will be held until November 11, features affordable housing choices priced from RM218,000 onwards.
The property roadshow was inaugurated by Minister for Local Government and Housing Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian. Sheda Kuching Branch chairman Sim Kiang Chiok were among those present for the opening ceremony along with president Dr Christopher Ngui, Branch secretary Peter Lau and other Sheda council and Kuching Branch committee and advisors.
The five-day roadshow, which began on November 7 at Aeon Mall, aims to meet housing requirements of every sector of the society.
The roadshow consists of 36 booths participated by Sheda members and non- members showcasing properties throughout Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Perth, Australia. It is notable to know that this roadshow is featuring a number of affordable housing choices priced from RM218,000 onwards for a single storey terraced house.
Organising chairman Peter Pau highlighted that potential buyers during the roadshow will get a chance to win electrical appliances in the 'Buy & Win' lucky draw.
The grand prize winner will walk away with a 49-inch Samsung Smart television.
Other attractive prizes include one set of high definition surveillance system worth RM1,499 sponsored by Nam Kee Technology Solution, cash vouchers worth more than RM3,000 sponsored by MickLong Bridal Studio and other electronic products.
There will also be a mobile community survey for youth mental health in Sarawak and visitors are encouraged to participate in this survey conducted through scanning QR codes available during the roadshow.
Visitors to this last property roadshow of the year are welcome to have their memorable photos taken at their Vertical Garden by Rose Garden Agricultural Co which is located at the centre court of Aeon Mall.
There will also be surprise gifts and vouchers for random visitors during the roadshow and balloons for children during the weekend, subject to availability.
