Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) successfully draw the curtain on PropEX 2018 after a three-day show that was held at Sabah Trade Centre from 19 - 21 October 2018. Officiated by Sabah Deputy Chief Minister cum Minister of Local Government and Local Housing, Yang Berhormat Datuk Dr. Haji Jaujan Bin Haji Sambakong, the event featured a total of 11,673 property units valuing at RM35.2 billion.

Benny Ng, Organizing Chairman of PropEX 2018 said, during the opening ceremony where he gave his speech in hologram form, "I feel extremely proud of what SHAREDA has done. One of the most important roles of SHAREDA is to provide education and information not only to its members but also to the public."

Property developers showcased their products in an array of creative booth setups while the organizers held a special free hologram talk session that went into the Malaysia Book of Records as not only the first talk series held in this format but also for the longest hologram talk session in Malaysia. Other attractions included murals specially created for this event, a 2000 sqft "KK Masterplan" scale model, a 600 sqft urban garden, real-time virtual reality and a 3D printing education corner.

Adding to the occasion, SHAREDA also gave out awards for "Most Eco-Friendly Booth", "Best Model House" and "Most Creative and Unique E-Brochure". The winners are listed below:
