Kingfisher Inanam by Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd is a no-Airbnb fly zone according to Hap Seng Chief Operating Officer, John Tan.

Speaking at a press conference, John mentions that Kingfisher Inanam residents are not encouraged to conduct Airbnb or short-term rentals as the property is under a residential title and not commercial. This is also to safeguard the privacy of the residents of Kingfisher Inanam, according to John saying, "Kingfisher Inanam is a luxury condo meant for own stay."

John also mentions that Hap Seng invested plenty of resources to ensure their quality is extended beyond the project site with the move to create a round-a-bout at a nearby junction for residents to have better road access into Kingfisher Inanam. John adds that he is happy to hear that the government will continue to support the development of the Pan Borneo Highway that will ultimately benefit not only residents of Kingfisher Inanam but the district itself by having better connectivity to Penampang and Sepanggar districts.

Kingfisher Inanam is a condominium project perched on a scenic niche within the matured district of Inanam. This development will be featuring at PropEX 2018, held at Sabah Trade Centre from 19 - 21 October where exclusive event-only promotions will be in effect.
