PropEX 2018 will look to set not one but two records by conducting the first ever talk series in Malaysia using holographic technology while setting another record for the longest hologram show in Malaysia.
Organizing Chairperson, Benny Ng, said this year's property talk series will be held on a stage similar to a cinema but with holographic technology involved. Organized by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA), PropEX 2018 will showcase the best properties for investors and home seekers alike.
Held on 19 to 21 October, the property exhibition will see SHAREDA break into the Malaysia Book of Records by being the first association to conduct talks in a holographic setting and letting it run for 10 hours daily across the 3-day event. Judges from Malaysia Book of Records will be present at the event to adjudicate results. The public is welcome to attend as prominent figures in the Malaysian real estate industry will be featured in the hologram talk series, sharing insights and first-hand knowledge in a truly unique fashion.
Benny also shared that a 20 ft mural will be on display at the exhibition and will be given to Sabah Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal after the event. The mural, created by local artist Crig Royno Francis, founder of Cracko Art Group (CAG) will be a spectacle on its own and not to be missed.
