Homesign Network and Borneo Kemuncak Riang Sdn Bhd has officially break ground for their latest development project in Bundusan, called 360 Boulevard Bundusan. The ceremony was witnessed by YB Kenny Chua, Assistant Finance Minister of Sabah and District Officer of Penampang, Robert Stidi.

360 Boulevard Bunsudan is an integrated mixed development that has the first-of-its-kind architectural design in Sabah. With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.5 billion, this development offers approximately 280,000sqm of commercial space, comprising of 50,000sqm retail spaces, 8-hall cinema, an edutainment centre with co-working spaces, hotel, 2 blocks of office towers and 750 units of serviced suites - suitable to run and operate Airbnb / short term stays.

"It took us a few years to come up with this design and planning that it will be the first-of-its-kind retail space in Sabah. We want to create a space where we can bring people from different background, culture and ages together to do things freely, said Clement Tsen, Borneo Kemuncak Riang's Sales and Communications Director.

He added that he understands the people of Sabah needs more infrastructure and destination to bring excitement and vibrancy into their life. He said, "That is why we have decided to create the first edutainment centre in Sabah, a 2,500sqm space that comes with an engaging adventure park, a co-working space and a wellness centre with facilities such as a swimming pool and gym, to name a few.

360 Boulevard Bundusan will benefit the surrounding community, especially the people of Penampang by offering more business, investment and job opportunities that will contribute greatly to the State's economic development.
