Property Hub opened their new Kota Kinabalu office located at newly completed commercial centre T1@Bundusan along Jalan Bundusan on 28 May 2018 and held an office-warming on 7 July 2018. The modern office features 3,000 sqft of space capable of accommodating Property Hub's workforce of 30 people.

Dubbed "The Lighthouse", Property Hub's fresh new office features an open and transparent design and 1,000 sqft of lounge area open for personnel usage, whether it is to relax or hold meetings with clients. The decision to move was made as the team began to expand and eventually outgrew their old office in Wisma Millenia. According to Enoch Khoo, Founder of Property Hub, the new space was named The Lighthouse to serve as a beacon of hope to the community and to bless others through the platform.

Property Hub Sabah was established in October 2014 and one of the highlights of their journey is winning the inaugural MIEA (Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents) Award for Sabah in 2017. This makes Property Hub the only award-winning real estate agency firm in Sabah.
