IQI Global Opens New Branch in Kota Kinabalu

IQI (International Quality Investment) has opened a branch in Aeropod Commercial Square, Kota Kinabalu, expanding its terrestrial footsteps. At an event organized by the real estate agency at Jom Penyet restaurant on 27 June, the firm presented a talk on "Business Opportunity" where they explained IQI's move into Sabah.


Founded in Dubai by a diverse group of investors, business experts and people passionate to succeed, IQI recognises the stability and investment potential in the ASEAN region, choosing Malaysia as its base for South East Asian operations. Joel Low, Sabah's Top REN 2017 as awarded by MIEA and Team Leader for IQI Sabah said that the agency is unique because of the support network and systems in place the for negotiators.

"There is a comprehensive app for all agents that will eliminate a lot of the hassles agents deal with as well as fast and reliable support from IQI headquarters. IQI has a wide network being an international brand, which our agents can utilize," said Joel.

Located at one of Kota Kinabalu's prominent locations, Aeropod Commercial Square, IQI's 1,600sqft road fronting office will be visible to those travelling to and from the airport.

When asked why they chose to venture into Kota Kinabalu, Erick Kho, Director Business Development, IQI Global and MIEA's Immediate Past President said that they want to create a presence everywhere in Malaysia.

"It's all about connections. We need to have presence in all the states and with that, we can all be easily connected domestically and internationally. We're also looking into expanding into Kuching within the next 2 months" shared Kho.

"To date, we're proud to say that approximately 30 agents have already signed up, with many more exploring to join the company" said Kho.
