IQI (International Quality Investment) has opened a branch in Aeropod Commercial Square, Kota Kinabalu, expanding its terrestrial footsteps. At an event organized by the real estate agency at Jom Penyet restaurant on 27 June, the firm presented a talk on "Business Opportunity" where they explained IQI's move into Sabah.

When asked why they chose to venture into Kota Kinabalu, Erick Kho, Director Business Development, IQI Global and MIEA's Immediate Past President said that they want to create a presence everywhere in Malaysia.
