WSG Properties Sdn Bhd, which is offering 230 units of apartments at affordable prices, launched its new Benoni Gardens Show Gallery at its site office near Kg Benoni today.

Its Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said 70 percent of the units in Block A had been booked to date. Benoni Gardens consist of two 13-storey towers - Block A and Block B - divided into three unit sizes; 560sqft, 900sqft and 1,000sqft.

"In conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration, 10% rebate will be given to those who purchase a unit during this festive session. A further 5% rebate will be given to Bumi buyers", said Wong, adding that the residential development is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

"The development project is strategically located in the Benoni Commercial Centre which is surrounded by commercial shoplots, a shopping mall similar to City Mall, fast food restaurants and a college in a self-contained area", she shared.

Wong took the opportunity to share the company's vision in expanding the 40-acre land into something the people in Papar can look forward to. Phase 3 of Benoni Commercial Centre is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by 2019.

Furthermore, Wong said the development project is located along the Pan Borneo Highway which the government in the National Budget 2016 announced a RM29.2 billion allocation to build the toll free highway and Sabah is expected to get RM12.8 billion.

She said the highway, which is expected to be completed in 2021 connecting Sabah and Sarawak, will pass through the Benoni Gardens apartment, which will double the development value upon its completion within three years' time.
