Gamuda Land Introduces Mobile Application for Residents

Gamuda Land introduced its Residence Management Application for the first time to visitors during its Christmas celebration on Saturday (16 December).

Its General Manager Cheo Yuan Ping said the app was the first of its kind to be introduced in Kota Kinabalu.

"The app is designed to add value and convenience to residents when it comes to managing various aspects of amenities and community living.

"Via the application, residents can opt for a variety of functions such as pre-registration of visitors, common facility defects reporting, booking of common facilities, community chat and panic room button.

"Residents can download the application through Google Play store or App Store," Cheo said at the celebration held at Bukit Bantayan Residences, adding that this app is currently used for the company's other existing developments.

More than 100 people attended the celebration for residents and surrounding community.

Cheo said as a town-maker, Gamuda Land creates places where people know one another, live and play together and, more importantly, look out for one another.

Bukit Bantayan Residences is Gamuda's maiden residential development in Sabah and has received a very encouraging response since its launch in April last year.
