SHAREDA organized a private viewing session of a massive KK master plan scale model at Sinaland Sales Office earlier today. The scale model created by Arch Collection Sdn Bhd will be displayed for the first time at SHAREDA's Property Expo (PROPEX) 2017.

SHAREDA President Mr Chew Sang Hai says that it is a good marketing tool for developers to pin point their developments on the scale model. He also said that SHAREDA is planning to take over ownership of the scale model from makers ARCH.

One of the proposed strategies for the scale model is to illuminate projects and include future developments to give a holistic view of future and current projects. Interested parties will be charged a fee, which is still subject to change, to have their development included in the scale model.

The public will be able to come and view the massive scale model when it is displayed at PROPEX 17 on 28 September to 1 October at Sabah Trade Centre (STC).
