TBMC to Lease Out All 60 Units in 9 Months After OC

Sabah's property developer, TBMC Development Sdn Bhd first launched this project 3 years ago. With its completion on the way, this development is set to change the aesthetic of Bundusan.

Boasting a concept like no other, T1 @ Bundusan comprises of 12 four-storey blocks of commercial shop offices, 12 units of dual-volume sky F&B outlets on Level 5, a 140 room boutique hotel and a single-storey basement car park which sits comfortably on just a 1.94 acres piece of land along Jalan Bundusan.

Managing Director, Matthew Tan took the opportunity to launch a "Developer Rental Bearing Scheme" (DRBS) - the first of its kind in Kota Kinabalu - where prospective tenants to the project would enjoy a 6 months rental subsidy borne by the developer.

"In order to ensure the success of this scheme, we have allocated RM250,000 to subsidize up to 6 months of potential tenants' monthly rental", said Matthew in his thank you speech at TBMC's Purchasers' Appreciation Night last night at T1 @ Bundusan Commercial Centre.

Property Hub (Sabah) Sdn Bhd have been appointed as TBMC's exclusive marketing partner for the development.

With the introduction of this scheme, the TBMC team, along with the support from Property Hub's agents, are confident that all 60 units will be leased out within 9 months from the date of obtaining the OC.

The OC for T1 @ Bundusan is expected to be obtained in September.
