Sabahan property investors have up to the end of this month to buy a piece of Kuala Lumpur's new skyline at a discount.

Kuala Lumpur-based Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB), the developer of the Sentral Suites condominiums at KL Sentral, is giving an exclusive opportunity to buyers from Sabah to buy units in Tower 2 of the 3-tower project in the national capital.

Tower 2 is the only tower whose views are completely unobstructed by other towers in the project. According to Vincent Ho, Real Estate Negotiator for Carey Real Estate said Bumiputera buyers from Sabah enjoy 5% discount on the prices, and they are free to choose to buy from any of the three towers.

"An additional 5+2 per cent rebate is being offered with a five per cent confirmed rebate upon booking while the additional two per cent will be given upon signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement" said Ho.

According to him, over 400 units are up for sale in Tower II, ranging from 650 square-foot one- bedroom units, 1,100 square-foot three-bedroom condominiums to dual key units. Prices start from RM1,100 to RM1,200 per square foot before discount.

Part of the attraction of the project, located within Kuala Lumpur's transport hub KL Sentral, is the 2-acre recreational area to be built on Level 8, which is equipped with a garden, swimming pool and basketball court. Also planned are five gardens in open space areas of around 800 square foot on each block.

All units will be partially furnished with a fixed in air-conditioning system, kitchen cabinet, a kitchen hood and wash and dryer in each unit.
