The highly anticipated International Property Exhibition 2023 (IPEX2023) is set to return this year. From November 3^rd to 5^th, 2023, the event will take place at the International Technology & Commercial Centre (ITCC) in Penampang.

Recently, Ar. Mok Juang Yu, the President of PAM Sabah Chapter, together with Mr Benjamin Lo, Managing Director of Impact Zone Sdn Bhd, met with Datuk Sr. Chua Soon Ping, President of SHAREDA and Managing Director of Remajaya Sdn Bhd, at the recent BAF2023 to discuss the upcoming IPEX2023. During the meeting, they expressed their excitement in participating in the event and will be looking forward to the event.

Organized by the Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) Sabah Chapter in collaboration with Impact Zone Sdn Bhd, this home-grown business event will bring together various facets of Sabah’s built environment industry. It will serve as a platform for property developers, contractors, building product manufacturers and others involved in the industry to showcase their latest products and trends to the general public. IPEX2023 will be featuring a coloring & drawing competition and a city cardboard competition, offering a unique and wonderful experience for all attendees.
