The highly anticipated International Property Exhibition 2023 (IPEX2023) will be held from November 3rd to 5th, 2023, and will take place at the International Technology & Commercial Centre (ITCC) in Penampang.

Recently, Mr Benjamin Lo, Managing Director for Impact Zone, met with Mr George Taitim Tulas, CEO of Sabah Credit Corporation, who expressed the corporation’s excitement in participating in the IPEX2023. Furthermore, IPEX2023 is proud to announce Yono as the official E-Wallet for the exhibition. YONO, You Only Need One is a Superapp that consolidates the Sabah Pay, YONO e-wallet and YONO Fintech. It is a Superapp developed by Sabah Credit Corporation, a statutory body wholly owned by the State Government.

Organized by the Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) Sabah Chapter in collaboration with Impact Zone Sdn Bhd, IPEX2023 serves as a platform for property developers, contractors, building product manufacturers and others involved in the industry to showcase their latest products and trends to the general public.
