KTI Sold 92 Units of Executive Suites Within 3 Hours During the Launching of the Logg Mall

KTI Sdn Bhd continues to enjoy massive success with its much-anticipated mixed development project, The Logg after it sold 92 number of units for its Shorea tower within just three hours.

During the launch of The Logg Mall, held at Hilton Grand Ballroom on Saturday, buyers were quick to snap up units at the Shorea tower, with 70% of them opting for units ranging from 907 sq ft to 1,313 sq ft.

KTI’s Director of Sales and Marketing Stella Loke believes that this significant response is a testament to the recovering market sentiment and highlights the potential for success in projects developed by reputable local developers.

“The Logg is the first and only mixed development project in Luyang, and its components consist of two condo suites, one block of apartments, a neighbourhood lifestyle mall, commercial office space, and an international 4-star hotel.

“Located in the heart of Luyang, KTI aims to create an outstanding work of architectural excellence that will revive and invigorate the heart of Luyang,” she said during the event.

KTI is determined to further elevate the already-flourishing livelihood of the community - in line with The Logg’s tagline “The Heart of Luyang”.

Stella disclosed that construction is targeted to reach level 12 by the end of the year.

“The company has more positive updates and news in the pipeline for The Logg, making it an attractive investment opportunity for those looking to invest in the growing real estate market of Kota Kinabalu.

“With the successful launch of The Logg Mall and the high demand for properties in the region, KTI is optimistic,” she said.

Furthermore, the launch of The Logg Mall,  with its tagline of "Sophisticated Experience, Meticulously Curated", is set to rejuvenate the long-matured commercial area of Luyang, offering a new vision of lifestyle living that will not only complement but enhance Luyang's reputation as a much sought-after residential and commercial address.

With Everrise signed on as the supermarket tenant, The Logg Mall is off to a great start.

Executive Chairman of Everrise Jeffrey Sia said that the supermarket chain aims to bring a lifestyle-centric experience to the Luyang community with new lines of products and services featuring Everrise’s new store design.

“Today’s signing ceremony marks an important milestone for Everrise as we expand our presence in Kota Kinabalu and beyond. Moving forward, we will continue our effort to reach out to many other parts of East Malaysia to deliver the Everrise experience in grocery shopping,” he said.

In this regard, Stella is confident that Everrise would be a great addition to the community - helping residents enjoy better comfort and convenience in their daily live.

In 2020, the industry was severely hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. The lockdown restrictions took a toll on the once-lucrative industry.

Despite these challenges, KTI has remained true to its mission of delivering quality homes at affordable prices.

“In fact, since 2020 we have delivered a combined RM600 million worth of homes despite the challenges brought upon by Covid-19 pandemic.

“We are proud that we have consistently met these goals while maintaining our core values of integrity, professionalism, and honesty,” said Stella.

KTI’s diversified innovation in Industrial Building System (IBS) had also earned them
the 2021 CIDB Contractor Cermerlang Award, which they won for their Lemawang Township
development in Tuaran, Sabah.

“Our award-winning Lemawang Township development is an example of how innovation can help us meet new challenges head-on while continuing to provide value-added products and services,” said Stella.
