K.T.I. Sdn Bhd’s first foray into premium mixed development has got off to a tremendous start with the announcement that all 250 units of its Parkhill apartments have been sold out within six months of its official launch in early 2022. This comes on the heel of its approval by Maybank for the HouzKEY financing scheme which offers zero down payment and 100% financing for applicants.

When completed, the whole development will be supported by a solid substructure foundation to safeguard the entire project against earthquake. The Boulevard Mall is anticipated to be completed by 2023.
