Property Hunter, East Malaysia’s leading property portal kicked off their third event of the year with another version of East Malaysia’s Largest Property Expo, the PH Expo Plus 2022 on Friday, 8 July 2022, at the Sabah International Convention Centre(SICC).

Post-Pandemic Property Market Sentiment Still Relavent Despite Hike In Materials

The 3-day event marked Property Hunter’s third expo after the first one in April which garnered RM80 million in sales and the second one in Tawau earlier this month. The event received a total crowd of over 5,000 visitors.

The event showcased over 80 new projects from across Malaysia all under one roof. It includes some of the best products for homebuyers and property investors. 

Developers from Peninsular Malaysia were excited to see the crowd at the expo and were impressed by the response. Present at the event include projects from Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor and Penang.  

Homebuyers Proves The Property Market Isn’t Dead

The event saw over RM35 million in sales and more than 70 units of properties sold in just three days. 

Judging by the turnout and the positive response from the visitors, it is evident that people are eager to buy homes despite the recent price hike in materials.
