JESSELTON PROPERTIES SDN BHD succeeded with a topping up of their second tower, Tower B of Jesselton Twin Towers at the site in Damai earlier today. 

The event was officiated by Executive Chairman of Jesselton Waterfront Holdings, Tan Sri David Chu, Project Manager, Kevin Thong, as well as other members of the CHINA CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT(MALAYSIA).

In his speech, Tan Sri David Chu expressed his special thanks to the team of contractors for their hard work especially during these 2 years of the Covid-19 pandemic as they near completion.

“If everything goes smoothly, the project is expected to be completed by the end of this year, 2022,” he added.

Due to the movement control order(MCO) last year that lasted about 6 months, it had caused a delay in construction. However, they are targeting to deliver on time to their buyer.

He also stated that although the total construction period is about 54 months, they have managed to complete earlier than initial duration.

Consisting of 56 floors in total, Jesselton Twin Towers is currently the tallest project in Kota Kinabalu as well as Borneo. 

“We are considered the best project in the Damai area. We have also invested to widen the road beside it for our resident’s convenience. Making it dual lane in and another dual lane out,” he said.

The top floor will have a sky clubhouse for residents to enjoy in the future.

Amenities such as hospitals, primary & secondary schools, shopping malls, commercial areas and Sabah Golf & Country Club can be found in the nearby areas. 

Distance to the Kota Kinabalu International Airport and Kota Kinabalu City Centre are just 10 minutes aways.
