Property Developer Launches Loyalty Program and Virtual Walkthrough Facility

A 41 - year- olds property developer Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd (KSL) (a wholly subsidiary of KSL Holdings Berhad) has introduced customer loyalty initiative, KSL Pals Program to rewards and valued loyal purchaser and business owner that purchased its central region property which located in Klang and Kuala Lumpur. Aiming to enhance customer experiences, the initiative was also made to boost the brand presence of Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd as one of the best property developer in Malaysia.


"We believed that customer experience is today’s business benchmark.” It’s never been more important to put the customer as priority, thus enrolling them into KSL Pal’s Program will help us to retain an existing purchaser while acquiring potential leads. By being a part of this, purchaser will belong to a privileged class of community who will enjoy many benefits.



Explaining the concept of this loyalty program, Project Director of KSL Bandar Bestari, Mr Patrick Khoo added that, KSL Pal’s Program are determined by the accumulative value of the purchased properties which later be categorized under Insider, Elite and VIP. Each tier has their own member’s privileges and benefits that designed to fit member’s exclusivity. Among the privileges are special invitation to KSL corporate events, priority to select units before public launches, enjoying additional rewards for subsequent property purchase, as well as cash out their accumulated points gained upon successful referral.



With a membership card and loyalty mobile application, purchaser can understand where they are on the loyalty journey, how many points they earn, and what they can do with those points. The members also will be among the first to receive notification for upcoming event, and ongoing promotion. In short, the idea was to make the engagement stronger, said Patrick Khoo.



Virtual Property Showcase



On a different note, KSL has recently introduced a full 360° view Virtual Reality Tour for Maple Residences, a freehold serviced apartment completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) as a responding to the new normal practise which transforming the way people buying property.



The platform featured video, nearby point of interest, and 100% of client-consultant-meetings via Video Live Conferencing to maximize their home-buying journey in the comfort of their home.
