Under the impetus of YB Datuk Jimmy Wong Sze Phin, the multi-year development project 1 Sulaman Platinum Tower has finally been resumed and new developers have taken over. A resumption ceremony will be held on March 5 this year.

More than 95 % of buyers agreed to buy the unit at about 30 % above the original price. The original price of the Platinum Tower was RM280 per square foot when it was launched. Now, after the new developer takes over, it will receive RM60 per square foot to complete it.
YB Datuk Jimmy Wong Sze Phin welcomes all buyers to attend the resumption promotion ceremony held at 2:30 pm on March 5.
