Another successful year of PropEX, the largest property exhibition by Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA), concluded yesterday at RM61 Million.

The 3-Day event has become a one-stop event where buyers can compare properties, consider locations and prices, and pick the best or talk to designers, furniture makers and interior experts all under one roof. 

SHAREDA Deputy President, Datuk Chua Soon Ping spoke during the closing ceremony yesterday and was happy to share that next year, PropEX will be back with a bang. They will be hosting the next exhibition at the Sabah International Convention Center (SICC) and PropEX 2020 will also involve international participants, making it the first real estate convention to go international in Sabah.

They are looking to attract at least 300 exhibition booths featuring a cross section of industries and hope to make the international event a fixed feature in the SICC calendar.
