On Sunday, 3 November 2019, Hap Seng Properties Development will be launching the event to unveil the new show units of Kingfisher Putatan.

In preparation for the event, Property Hunter was briefed at a press conference today on the progress of the development.

Phase 2 is currently looking to be completed ahead of schedule, with an Occupation Certificate expected to be available mid-year 2020. This phase comes completed with the first covered, elevated parking with a linked bridge. Each unit comes with 2 car parks and there will also be 60-70 allocated car parks for visitors. Overall, Phase 2 is 80% completed.

Future plans for the development include a 9 acre residential and commercial facility for those living at Kingfisher Putatan.

Currently, homebuyers should make use of the packages being offered including packages under the Home Ownership Campaign (ending 31st December) and the MyHome2.0 campaign (exclusive to developers in Sabah and ends 31st October).

Hap Seng Properties Development will also be participating in Propex 2019 this year at Sabah Trade Center, Likas where they will be offering an additional RM1000 rebate for all home buyers that book between 26th-28th October.
