Karnival Rumah Malaysia 2019 Was a Hit for First-Time Home Buyers
From 31st May to 2nd June, property roadshow Karnival Rumah Malaysia (KRM) was hosted for the second year by leading Sabahan property portal, Property Hunter. The exhibition was entirely devoted towards property investors, first-time home buyers and families.
Designed to draw a connection between participants and developers, those who attended were able to learn about promotions property developers across Malaysia were offering in a fun and interactive way. These properties ranged from RM 354 000 to RM 1 million. KRM’s objective was also to promote the homeownership campaign that is on going until the 30th June 2019.
Over the long Harvest Festival weekend, 447 people from the ages 25-66 registered for the Karnival. This year, eighteen companies showcased their properties and there were also two other companies showcasing home swatches and elevators for homes.
Amongst those companies, strategically located luxury property The Shore by Titijaya was a hit with the KRM attendees along with Parklane, Seppanggar by WMG and Triconic by Kinsabina.
At KRM, registered visitors and their families were also able to enjoy an array of activities. To win a money packet, visitors rolled dice in a game called “Dice Out”. Children also had a chance to receive a reward with a drawing contests that appeared very popular amongst the families. To capture the memories, free photo shoots were available to the registered visitors. Lastly, visitors participated in an exciting lucky draw and claimed their prize at the registry counter.
