Official Launching of 'The Tropika' in Bukit Jalil by Berjaya Land

Berjaya Golf Resort Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd has launched its latest mixed development The Tropika, at the Berjaya Property Gallery in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (Feb 23).

Sitting on 6.5 acres of freehold land, this project offers a total of 868 high-rise residential units spread across four towers.

Built-ups for the units range from 732 sq ft to 1,381 sq ft with only five to seven units per level. Meanwhile, the commercial space of the project will feature a 23,695 sq ft grocer along with 2-storey dual frontage office lots ranging from 3,316 sq ft to 3,814 sq ft and retail lots ranging from 752 sq ft to 1,677 sq ft.

Within the four towers is a 2.9-acre facility deck, which will offer 68 types of facilities grouped under eight lifestyle categories. Among the facilities include an infinity pool, indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, a dance studio and a boxing ring, a zen garden, a rock-climbing wall, camping grounds, an e-charging station and many more. One of the unique features of the deck is its biophilic design whereby it is similar to the design created by some tree species where the crowns of the fully stocked trees do not touch each other, forming a canopy with channel-like gaps.

Berjaya Land CEO Datuk Pee Kang Seng said The Tropika is meticulously crafted to provide residents with a home that incorporates the elements of an urban lifestyle and the lush greenery of nature so that they will be able to experience the best of both worlds.

The Tropika is easily accessible via major highways such as the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway, Shah Alam Expressway, Maju Expressway (MEX) and New Pantai Expressway and is well-served by public transportation, including the Rapid KL bus and Light Rail Transit train services.

The project is also located close to educational institutions such as SJKC Lai Meng, International Medical University and Asia Pacific University, as well as sporting and recreational facilities such as the Bukit Jalil Complex, the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, and the Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort.
