Allianz celebrated their newly relocated office for Kota Kinabalu branch today at Block B, Riverson Walk officiated by Allianz Malaysia Berhad's Chief Executive Officer, Zakri Khir together with the members of the senior management committee.

"When the idea came about to relocate, the aim was simple, we wanted a space that would reflect on our commitment to our customers and our intermediaries - our agents, brokers, and business partners - and offer them service satisfaction and the best customer experience," said Zakri regarding the relocation from Sedco Complex to Riverson Walk during his speech.

He highlighted the tremendous growth opportunities and market potential in Sabah. Kota Kinabalu as their flagship branch in the state has been a solid foundation for their growth and is their biggest branch out of 9 branches in East Malaysia.

"In Sabah, our cases increases by 22% and last year we give more than 7 million back to our contributors." Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad Chief Sales Officer, Ong Pin Hean added during the press conference.

"In fact, out of our top five agencies, four are expanding into Sabah," Added Zakri to further show their intention and commitment to Sabah and East Malaysia as a whole.

Remains strategically close at the heart of the city, their full-service branch with 10,000 sqft space on the first level offers a friendlier look and feel. The customer service area complete with discussion areas occupies 1,700 sqft of the area enhancing customer experience.

They are also promoting healthy work-life balance for their intermediaries by offering free Zumba, Yoga and Tabata classes in a training room with the capacity of 200 people on Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday (March onwards).

Their new location has better accessibility and ample parking spaces for customers while still being within the central business district.

Allianz begin operation in Malaysia in 2002 and today, Alliance Malaysia has 33 branches all over Malaysia including their branches in Sabah located in Kota Kinabalu, Lahad Datu, Sandakan and Tawau.

Coinciding with the opening of the branch, Allianz Rocks in KK at Oceanus Waterfront Mall tonight will feature Datuk Ramli Sarip and local band Ruhh. Ramli is set to perform his hits such as Sejuta Wajah, Jikalau Berkasih and Kamelia.
