High Interest in Australia Properties as Perth Hub Roadshow in KK, Miri and Kuching Successfully Closes

Far East Consortium hosted three roadshows, in collaboration with Bornion Realty, PMC Facilities & Real Estate (EM) Sdn Bhd and Trident Property Partners Perth that introduced the Borneo market to the highly anticipated Perth Hub development in West Australia. These events were held in Kota Kinabalu, Miri and Kuching running from 27 October to 4 November 2018.

An accumulated 20 reservations and 10 contracts were signed as outcome from the mini showcases that encouraged a good number of interested parties to attend and learn about foreign properties such as Perth Hub. In today's' uncertain property climate, those looking to expand their property portfolios are looking outside of Malaysia and showing good demand for Australia properties.

"We are amazed by our guests from KK as to how well they know Perth and their investment knowledge," said Lily Chong, Director of Trident Property Partners Perth who also gave talks at all event locations entitled "Rediscover Redevelopment in Perth CBD".

"Thank you Property Hunter for your amazing work. Events went smoothly and we truly appreciated all the preparation work done prior to the event and all the behind-the-scenes work and running around," Lily said, acknowledging event coordination partners Property Hunter.

Perth Hub is an exciting development part of the Perth City Link AUD1.4 billion masterplan that will reconnect the CBD and Northbridge for the first time in more than 100 years. Perched on Wellington Street, Perth Hub features a mix or retail and residences with a fresh focus on sleek inner-city design. A 250-room Dorsett and Perth Arena will feature at Perth Hub in addition to the possible expansion of China Town into the Perth City Link.
