At the recently concluded National Real Estate Awards 2018 (NREA) held at JW Marriot Kuala Lumpur on 21 October 2018 sees Property Hub taking home 4 prestigious awards, making it one of the most awarded agencies at this year's event. Organized annually by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), 2018 marks the 10th year since the NREA was launched in 2009 to recognize excellence in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, real estate negotiators and valuers.

NREA organizing chairman Lim Boon Ping said by reaching the first decade of this award, MIEA has established itself as a leader in recognizing real estate practitioners who excel in their chosen field and the next 10 years will be more exciting for the association.

Property Hub was awarded the following recognition in this year's event: • State Real Estate Firm of The Year - Federal Territory: Property Hub Sdn Bhd • State Real Estate Firm of The Year - Sabah: Property Hub (Sabah) Sdn Bhd • Million Dollar Producer (MDP) Benjamin Tee Kah Lin • State Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of The Year - Sabah: Alan Richard Belimbin

Alan Richard, a native Sino-Kadazan from Sabah rose to the stardom when he took home the much-coveted award State Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of The Year - Sabah. In his statement, he attributes his success to the 3 principles which the agency promotes - Passion, Integrity and Teamwork. "These three words stand firm and close to my heart personally. It is like our built-in DNA that ensures our professionalism when meeting clients every day," says Alan.

Enoch Khoo, Director at Property Hub (Sabah) who received on behalf of the agency the award of State Real Estate Firm of The Year - Sabah expressed his gratitude towards MIEA for offering a platform of recognition.
