Sunway Property Develops Sunway Velocity Two Worth RM2b
Sunway Property is developing Sunway Velocity Two on an 8.05-acre site in Cheras with a gross development value of RM2 billion.
The project is located opposite the company's transit-oriented integrated development Sunway Velocity.
Sunway Velocity Two will consist of more than 70 per cent residential component and the remaining will be of commercial component comprising four residential towers and two commercial towers to further add value to the success of Sunway Velocity.
Sunway Bhd central region property development division executive director Chong Sau Min said Sunway Velocity Two will be a Green RE certified development which includes energy efficient and motion sensors lighting, and rainwater harvesting.

There is an array of amenities in Sunway Velocity such as shopping mall, medical centre, education facilities, hotel, offices and retail, all in one address which will be connected to Sunway Velocity via a covered elevated linkway for secure and safe access to the facilities and amenities at the integrated development.
Sunway Velocity Two's accessibility is highly commendable as the development will be connected via three MRT and two LRT stations namely Cochrane MRT station, underground Maluri MRT and LRT interchange stations and the upcoming Chan Sow Lin MRT and LRT stations.
