Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd held a promo event at Plaza Shell on 11 October to showcase their Kingfisher Inanam condominium project. Branded the "Final Countdown", the event gave potential buyers the opportunity to own a unit at Kingfisher Inanam with special packages for those who choose to book a unit at the event.

Buyers were treated to dinner during the occasion but the highlight of the show was the chance to get rebates and other event-exclusive promotions. Buyers of Kingfisher Inanam will also be in the running to win a Mercedes Benz CLA 200 which added to the hype as entitlement for the grand lucky draw will be closed by 31 October 2018.
