As the celebration date of SHAREDA Nite 2018 is drawing closer, the Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) President, Mr Chew Sang Hai and his Council Members including the Organising Chairman, Mr Johnny Wong Chen Yee who is also the Vice President jointly led delegations to pay courtesy visit to invite their special guests.

This is an auspicious year as the Association celebrates its 40th Anniversary - Ruby Jubilee: Themed 40 Years of Triumphant to be held on Saturday, 25th day of August 2018 at 6:00 pm the Grand Ballroom of The Magellan Sutera Resort. The Association will acknowledge the property excellence awards and also pay tribute to their leaders i.e. all chairmen/presidents who rendered their services for the past four (4) decades from 1978-2018 towards the immense growth and contributions towards the objectives and aims of the Association and its members in the state and country.

Invited guests will be able to enjoy performances from our very own Harith Iskander, Winner of 2016 Laugh Factor's Funniest Person in the World, DJ Uno Pop Shuvit, Esther Applunius, first runner-up on One In A Million (Season 3, 2008) and Ms Lim Wen Suen, Winner of The Voice Singapore/Malaysia 2017.

Besides the social event, the Association and members also perform their corporate social responsibilities in giving back to society of which the charity fund of RM100,000 was raised and donated towards "Derma Kilat" in aid of the 152 houses razed on at Kg. Cenderamata 2, Likas which involved 783 fire victims recently.
