Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd welcomed guests to the sales gallery of Kingfisher Putatan on 23 June and Kingfisher Inanam on 24 June for open house events held in conjunction with Hari Raya.

At the event, guests were treated to a host of food and beverages with food trucks on site while the main attraction was the special promotion packages that were on offer for both Kingfisher Putatan and Kingfisher Inanam. With only RM1,000 booking fee, visitors can opt to own units from either or both developments. Visitors were also given a mystery gift upon registration. Both event days closed to a lucky draw session with a 43” television as the grand prize. There was also a henna booth where visitors could present their hands as canvases for free.

Kingfisher Putatan is a 120-unit condominium development which is currently on the second phase of development while Kingfisher Inanam is a 9.3-acre condominium development encompassing 3 towers with a 85,000sqft skypark as a centrepiece. Both developments are progressing ahead of schedule, a trait that is natural to the Hap Seng brand.
