A new year brings new beginnings and new change. Upgrading from previous years Property Hunter will hold the first Property Hunter Convention at Magellan Sutera Harbour Resort this weekend; 9 and 10 June 2018. Over the past 6 years, Property Hunter has organized more than 30 expos dubbed as PH Expo across major cities in Sabah and Sarawak. This year, the team promises more exciting new features and property talks over the course of 2 days.

The convention will introduce new features namely the Night Crawl, Match-Making between agents and developers, Lunch and Learn and Speed Dating between agents and property owners.

Night Crawl Real businesses are often sealed over a glass of beer, or wine if you prefer. The team has no shame in declaring the Night Crawl to be the first and most coveted networking gathering in Kota Kinabalu where investors, real estate professionals and exhibitors meet. Match Making Another one of the highlights of the convention is the gathering of all competent agents in this 2-day event in the Agent and Developer Match-Making meet. This feature allows local agencies to link up with developers all over Malaysia who are looking for agencies to engage in selling and marketing their projects in Sabah. Agents with land listings can discuss on potential land for development or joint venture opportunities with the developers. Property owners with properties or pieces of land parcels to sell and/or rent are encouraged to participate in this session. Agents from various agencies will be here to assist you. Lunch and Learn Ticket holders are entitled to attend the Lunch and Learn session. Sponsored by Hap Seng Land, visitors will be able to get in-depth knowledge on the Group's development projects. This exclusive event will take place on Sunday, 10 June 2018 from 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
