Sinaland held a private event to showcase their project, Elemen Utara KK in Tawau on Saturday and Sunday, 20 and 21 January. This marks the group's first foray to Tawau to showcase their project. After their Tawau trip, Sinaland will be making their way to Sandakan this weekend, 27 and 28 January, with the same objective in mind.

Elemen Utara KK is part of a 100-acre integrated mixed development masterplan which includes Taman Permai, Plaza Menggatal & Angkasa Apartment.
