2017 has been a significant stage in the development of PACIFICITY. Various elements of the iconic integrated project are fitting together, with the completion of initial phases firming up in 2018.
Key milestones reached over the last few months include the topping-off of the Residential Tower - PACIFIC HEIGHTS - and the completion of the technically challenging swimming pool, one of the largest in Malaysia, that will serve the PACIFICITY CLUB and HOTEL JEN.
Leasing of the shopping mall at PACIFICITY continues to gain traction as both national and international outlets are confirming their retail spaces at the mall. To date, the mall has a great mix of anchor tenants from Harvey Norman, IMAX, Everlast to Guardian, SASA, 7-Eleven and more. With its central location and rich catchment of residents and tourists, PACIFICITY will be an admirable place.
So far, internal finishes and glazing within the residential tower have progressed up to the penthouse level and installation of the distinctive metal roof "capâ€ is underway. PACIFIC ENTERPRISE, the office towers, have raised up above the podium with just a few more floors remaining until this top out.
Roadworks are progressing in earnest with the first phase of the track to be completed in early 2018. As for the infrastructure, the finishing works on the facades followed by ID treatment of the retail floors will commence soon. The first phase of the shopping mall is expected to complete at the end of 2018.
