Manhattan Suites at ITCC is a 19-storey serviced SoVo suite wing in ITCC-Penampang, developed by Sabanilam Enterprises Sdn Bhd.

The roof topping ceremony of the completed structure was held at the project site in ITCC on Monday, 10 July 2017, attended by Malakun Holdings Sdn Bhd Executive Chairman, Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Clarence Bongkos Malakun and Managing Director, Datin Seri Panglima Sylvia Wong Malakun.

According to Group General Manager, Mr Ceasar Mandela Malakun, Manhattan Suites was named to emulate the diversity of the population as well as the world class service that is usually associated with New York City in the United States of America. Bringing this concept to this part of Kota Kinabalu will further enhance the lifestyle of the local population as well as making a recognisable impact towards the growing tourism market visiting Sabah.

ITCC is envisaged to be a distinctive world-class development with a comprehensive range of amenities. This landmark development will have a gross built-up area of more than 1.6 million sqft, anchored by a 4-storey 675 units premium retail shopping mall, a 16-storey i-Office Tower, 19-storeys of 295 prestigious residential SoVo suite units and a 19-storey, 330-room, 4-star rated hotel.
