1. 5th May 2017 - Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur SkyArena @ Setapak was named the Best Sports-Oriented Integrated Development in Malaysia by Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards ("PIPDA”) 2017. PIPDA works as an independent bi-partisan professional body in the property industry. SkyArena was recognised for its unique product positioning in Kuala Lumpur as it offers the first integrated sports-oriented development, encompassing over 28 acres of wellness & active living. More than 134 entries were received by PIPDA and SkyWorld was amongst the developers who were acknowledged for its commitment and remarkable effort in the property industry.

2. 12th May 2017 - Hilton, Kuala Lumpur SkyWorld Group won the prestigious BCI Asia Top 10 Developers (green & sustainable) in Malaysia. The BCI Top Ten Awards has grown over the years to become one of the highly coveted architectural awards in Asia. It is a prestigious label of excellence that recognises the ten leading design and development enterprises that have made the greatest contribution to the green & sustainable developments in the prior year. SkyWorld was applauded and recognised for its outstanding efforts in developing products that are compliance with quality such as the QLASSIC/CONQUAS, its green initiatives compliance with Green Building Index ("GBI”) as well as its beautiful yet practical landscaping concept for its SkyLuxe On The Park & Bennington Residences developments.

3. 25th May 2017 - Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, Bangkok BOTH SkyLuxe On The Park @ Bukit Jalil and Bennington Residences @ SkyArena, Setapak won the Best Regional Landscape Architecture in Asia Pacific by the prestigious Asia Pacific International Property Awards ("APPA”). APPA were judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, with a focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The event was held at the award-winning Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, Bangkok in the presence of industry stalwarts from across the globe. SkyWorld's two signature developments shined over 100 participants in Malaysia and competed with over 900 entries spread across the Asia Pacific region. SkyLuxe On The Park & Bennington Residences excelled in terms of strong architectural landscaping concept, complimented by innovative features. Both developments are also compliance with GBI and QLASSIC/CONQUAS quality.
