Hap Seng held an eventful roof-topping ceremony of its Kingfisher Putatan development on Saturday, May 13th.
The group's Chief Operation Officer, John Tan declared that the condominium is only the tip of the iceberg of the company's master plan.
"Kingfisher Putatan is only 3.72 acres out of our 16-acre land bank. We are looking to expand this further and build a new township in the district, complete with infrastructure especially road access for the benefits of our clients," he said.
Tan also promised that buyers could rest assure of the quality of their homes as Hap Seng has more than 20 years' experience in residential buildings and does not have a history of abandoned projects.
"I urge the young people especially to come to our show units. I am very confident that you will like it," he said before adding that the group will be launching the 3rd block of Kingfisher Putatan by the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Hap Seng, he said, is committed in its effort to elevate Putatan to the next level and make it into a more matured investment destination.
