S P Setia Berhad, Malaysia's leading property developer officially opened its registration for its Rumah Selangorku units in Setia Eco Templer. Y.A.B Dato' Seri Mohamed Azmin Bin Ali, Dato' Menteri Besar of Selangor officiated the launch on Saturday morning (March 4)

Named as Pangsapuri Cenderawasih, the Rumah Selangorku project comprises 900 units of apartments which are made up of Type A, C and D. Type A's built-up is approximately 700 sq ft and is priced at RM42,000. Type C and D's built up are approximately 800 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft and are priced at RM150,000 and RM220,000 respectively.

For those who are interested, they are required to register with Lembaga Perumahan Hartanah Selangor. Eligibility is also based on the below terms and conditions:

1. Malaysian citizens above 18 years old 2. Have a gross monthly household income RM10,000 and below. 3. Both husband and/or wife does not own a property in Selangor or singles with family obligations 4. Purchase is for own use to stay and not to rent

Setia Eco Templer is Setia's latest eco-themed development located on the former site of the Perangsang Templer Golf Club in Templer Park.
